No matter the quality of the game, we can't escape one fact; it is new. With that being said, there are bound to be errors here and there. If you find one, report them DIRECTLY to this forum, keeping close to this style (Of course, if you're lazy, just give me a description):
Themaggots:If the bug is an abusable one, don't post it here, send a message to any Admins on this forum.
What happened/Bug (Self explanatory, really...)
Time of occurance: (You may or may not know it, but there are logs for every player as far as the eye can see)
Any individuals involved: (It could be a bug, or just someone else's settings!)
*Build Bugs*
What turfs/objects were under/around you? (Maybe a conflict somewhere?)
What were you creating? (And where you using a custom object?)
Was anyone else building around/on you? (Once again, it could be someone else's fault)
*Icon changes*
What file were you trying to use as an icon? (It could be a wrong format, or even corrupt!)
What were you changing the icon of? (An object? You?)
Once again, was there another player involved? (No, don't use a scapegoat)
*File transfers*
What were you sending? (Some file types make BYOND sad, simply put)
Who were you sending it to? (Once again...don't shift any blame)
Did you have any other command windows open? (Like an icon changing window...yadda yadda...sometimes windows overlap)
*Misc things*
Just put whatever you feel is worth a mention, really.
